I just confirmed a theory I had on how a certain company (not like that is hard to figure out) handles copyright/trademark claims is a fact, and now I am going to explore further on what else I suspect.

Something I don't recall people talking about is how the dimensions of the pages in Treasury Editions was different from the normal comics. It was a huge production to reformat pages to fit in the space. Pages in Treasury Editions were shorter and wider, so a strip of art would need to be cut out.
