yeah you wouldn’t keep em out nor would you surely keep out a team who beat both huh
If it comes down to it, vastly prefer Vandy over Oklahoma in the playoff. Not that they asked me or that they're gonna flip teams from 8 and 14 after they both win. But we all know what we're looking at here

at the end of the day I want to care about three games: A&M, OU, Arkansas and not worry about how much a quality loss matters
I wish the 12-team playoff did not exist

#WPBL NEWS — I asked the PR director for clarity over the use of past tense, indicating that the draft has already happened ahead of the draft this evening.

"Correct, the players have already been selected for teams," the WPBL PR director told me. "They are not chosen in real time tonight."
#WPBL NEWS — with the league running teams and not individual front offices, the PR director has told me the following:

"There were 12 coaches involved in the process of selecting players to the teams including those who were at the tryouts. This process was led by Alex Hugo with the WPBL."

something refreshing about unfollowing someone for writing a 20-grade article on a baseball topic you know a lot about rather than the usual reasons to unfollow someone these days

Taylor Swift is basically Marvel Studios now. You get a new album every year, which feels a little worse than the last, and it becomes harder and harder to ignore the commercial factors behind her decisions.

For the past three years, the city has been giving cash to some struggling renters, no strings attached.

The first-in-the-nation experiment has been even more successful than researchers studying its impact expected.
Philly’s first-in-the-nation experiment giving cash to struggling renters is working, researchers say
Families that got cash rental assistance were less likely to be evicted, experience homelessness, and report having serious problems with their homes, according to a study of the PHLHousing+ program.
