Just add that feature you've been thinking about. It's not scope creep, you wanted to add it from the beginning anyway. Don't worry about the roadmap, everyone does this all the time. It won't hurt.

I added implemented FLAK turrets and replaced 12 of the Carrier's CIWS with them.
Did that improve the balancing? Nah.
But hear me out: I rewatched all of Battlestar Galactica (2004) over Christmas.

It helps my motivation so much to have the pipelines in place to get even half-done versions of ships into the game and see them going to town on other ships. Or, in the case of the carrier, just annihilate 1km³ of space with 28 CIWS. TODO: balancing.

End of last year was crazy. Now working on the base carrier and it turned out to be 802 m long. I only have two hands and I have never been happier to not have gone photo-realistic, because this would kill me XD

🤖Need input: Windows 11 is a pile of trash and I'm thinking of setting up a dual boot with Linux as my daily driver.
