Definitiv probieren! Oft wird bei sowas eher hoch gestapelt und am Ende ist im System sein immer was positives! Meine beste Freundin arbeitet in HR und sie hat immer betont wie wichtig es ist in aktiven Datenbanken zu sein auch beim öffentlichen Dienst :3

If you got the money: commission this artist! If not and you're not following them yet...what are you doing? Follow them! Srsly they are super nice and lovely and super skilled!
These are all 32x41 cm - which will usually have a more simple background wash due to the smaller size! Again, I can paint not big lady but its all ive been commissioned for thus far haha. Im very happy to do more grounded fantasy, or more hearthstone-y stuff

Lay off your good devs now, see yourself struggle to find people who can repeat their good work when you need them again. People talk, people have blacklists even in dire times. Swen Vincke talked about that exact thing studios do and how studios fail with this approach. No ceo listened.

Just got my Urbosa and updated Rellana prints and they are soooo pretty 😭 Also I efft up the A5 prints of Urbosa and Ranni. That's much more painful after seeing how pretty the A3 Urbosa came out x,D Had to rush order with a less fancy paper 🥲 Next time!

This was something I thought about yesterday. In a harsh desert we can each be a small oasis providing people a small moment of rest and comfort with our art.
It may feel weird or somehow improper to talk about your art or your writing, but we need it. It can’t be wall-to-wall nightmare all the time. Art is both counterweight and context. It’s escape and enlightenment and a mirror of our own exasperation. We need it. We NEED it. Keep showing us.

A politician in Germany said a few weeks ago that art is essential, art and culture as a whole are integral to human emotion, part of building empathy and part of our nature. If we lose the appreciation for art, we lose humanity. I can't stop thinking about it and how it ties everything together rn.
