Renovation of a municipal building,and former Ottoman hospital,in Zeytinburnu on the Marmara coast,revealed a series of 4thC mosaics.A sarcophagus was found under the mosaics containing 2 skeletons, origin unknown! They continue to investigate this unusual find.

Mexico mágico! Today the discovery was announced of an ancient Zapotec tomb. Located on Cerro de la Cantera, in San Pablo Huitzo, Oaxaca, it dates back to 600 CE. Work is currently underway to conserve the tomb and decipher its iconography. www.inah.gob.mx/boletines/el...
