True Tales from Lunch Lady Land: Today is the first of two “Holiday Meals” we do for the kiddos. We’ve roasted and cut over a thousand servings of turkey, and today we’ll make more mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing, and cinnamon apples to serve with ice cream. Gonna be a good day.

So, playing by the coaches rules, I kept Jackie and AT, *but* I snatched up Kate and T first so I had my #Laces. Theeeen I stole Soni because I wanted to and I chose Monique because I thought she would be fun. #Unrivaled

Already thinking about Friendsgiving. I'm thinking about herby, garlicky steeped cream for scalloped potatoes. I dunno though. Maybe I want to go the au gratin route and add cheese? I maybe kinda don't think I wanna do cheese. There'll be all sorts of things with cheese. Much to think about.
