Russland greift weiter massiv ukrainische Infrastruktur an: zerstört Bahnhöfe und Energieversorgung, nimmt den Menschen Licht, Wasser und Wärme. Ukrainische Züge fahren trotzdem. Vielleicht ist das die Definition von Resilienz.
