we had a great 8 years of it being acceptable to be publicly queer but the right tapped into their hysteria and are trying to push us back decades. this is why the left warned of relying on rainbow capitalism because their support was about profit above all else. the solution is for us to not hide

I didn't mention the Timon and Pumba bits but they're annoying and there's an insufferable joke about the legal department not letting them sing "Hakuna Matata", which they already own the rights to. It's insulting to act like they care about anyone else's intellectual property rights too.

I ended up watching Mufasa on NYE and I came away thinking that it probably had to be written by AI. While it goes from A to Z, it's very incoherent and its pacing is terrible. Character lines are presented in anachronistic order to contrast ideas established later in the movie.
