(2/2) Today's @newsagents.bsky.social demonstrates the risks DT poses.

At home, he's responsible for state sponsored ethnic cleansing, ICE thugs threatening darker skinned civilians.

Overseas, he wages imperialist conflicts to emulate his chums, Netanyahu and Putin.

Fool us twice...shame on you

Let's be crystal clear here, no reposting/quoting, simply sharing an image and thoughts.

Starmer's comments about tariffs over Greenland is the MINIMUM he must do. As evidenced below, this action is the latest in a long line of petulant, narcissistic and childish actions from Trump. (1/2)

Humanism is in part about how we live our lives, and how our lives connect with those of others.

Humanists are non-religious. We recognise that there is no one single way to live well, and that people differ in their interests, identities, and aspirations.

“The death of Renee Good can be the impetus for finally closing a gaping hole in our constitutional protections,” the legal scholars Erwin Chemerinsky and Burt Neuborne write in a guest essay.

I would like to send my belated condolences to @mehdirhasan.bsky.social and his family on the loss of his father. I found his tribute on @zeteo.com incredibly moving...he'd have been very proud of it I'm sure! Sending my best wishes to you all this festive season 🤝🏻

Absolutely saddened to have seen this news today...thank you Rob for giving us some of the most beloved films from the 80s and 90s
Rob Reiner has sadly died at the age of 78.

The legendary filmmaker was beloved for such films as This Is Spinal Tap, Stand By Me, When Harry Met Sally, and A Few Good Men among many, many others.

I am horrified by the events that have unfolded at #BondiBeach today and stand in defense of the Jewish community around the world in their right to live free from prejudice, hatred and terror 🤝🏻

This #HumanRightsDay, remember: these rights safeguard ordinary people, every single day. We can’t let them be quietly taken away. Both Reform UK and the Conservatives have suggested withdrawal from the ECHR, while proposals have also been put forward by the Government to weaken Articles 3 and 8.

This would be incredibly frustrating for individuals and their families who take that decision but find themselves on the "wrong" side of the border...this cannot be allowed to be the case!

Steven Methven's piece for @novaramedia.com all this is spot on!

While transparency and accuracy in broadcasting is essential, we must consider where the pressure for these resignations has truly come from.

The latest in a series of regrettable scandals from an unsustainable British institution.

A really profound and actually quite timeless piece recommended by @mrjamesob.bsky.social on LBC today, very well observed!

The #ECHR is under attack. Last week, Reform Leader Nigel Farage attempted to introduce a private member’s bill to withdraw from the #ECHR, announcing that Reform would withdraw from the Convention. It was voted down by MPs. humanists.uk/2025/10/29/h...

I learnt this pathetic excuse of a man had lost his royal privileges as I concluded the inspiring and sadly posthumous memoir of Virginia Giuffre Roberts.

I'm sad that Virginia never lived to see this day, but glad that her family, friends and fellow survivor sisters have ♥️

Remember, if you are at all troubled by lawyers pursuing actual terrorists being punished by their government while the actual terrorists go free, then you are suffering from ‘Trump Derangement Syndrome’.
Breaking on MSNBC:

Off the top of my head, there have been four egregious examples of weapons grade public racism in the last couple of weeks - Jenrick; the Express hack; Captain Concrete & the Reform woman. The way they are treated by employers, punters & wider media, will directly influence how much more we see.
