A real pleasure to meet George Clarke and hear about his experiences growing up on a council estate. We both know the positive impact social housing can have on families’ lives.

That’s why I’m determined to continue delivering more council homes as we build a fairer London for everyone.

Bernard Keane has described Anthony Albanese @albopm.bsky.social as having become "a very Howard-like figure". Unhappily, I have to agree. Gough-like or Uren-like would have been so much better.

How significant is this.
Damn shame that Murray Watt doesn't have an environmental brain.
He's as climate-change aware as Abbott and Morrison.

Today we will see the clamouring of politicians, all desperate to appease the lobbyists of a foreign govt, blaming the “cultural left” for the human toll of hatred.

So I’m posting this to demonstrate what an Australian leader looks like

Dead parrot sketch
It is difficult to know which numbers are the more appalling, the very large ones or the ones that are tragically small. Is it the scale of the destruction of threatened species habitat approved by the Albanese government, or is it the fact that the surviving population of night parrots could be counted by most children under 10?

Shocking events at Bondi targeting innocent people. I feel for Jewish and Muslim communities. This act has such wide repercussions. On a trivial personal level Greek heritage Oz born son in law looks Middle Eastern and has been pulled over every time at airports etc for 24 years, since 9/11.
