Whilst I don't necessarily disagree, I would find it easier to take the Ukranian sports minister more seriously if he made the same argument about Israel who has murdered tens of thousands of children and blighted the lives of millions more.

Here's an idea - given that we need primary legislation to rid a life peer of their title, why not just do one bill to strip both Mandelson and Michelle Mone of their peerages at the same time ?
There might be a few others I can't think of that could also be dealt with at the same time.
