And that the Black ppl being rejected are often neurodivergent (especially undiagnosed) which highlights an issue with ableism in our community but I digress
I really do not understand why we can’t be nuanced and admit that some Black people genuinely were rejected for being weird and that “weird” was often equivalent to “white.” 😵💫
