I should spend more time on here! This was me in Portland on Sunday. Dad loved it here & we laid him to rest in a beautiful spot that he & Mum visited on their honeymoon. I miss his kindness, his silliness, his embarrassing eccentricity, his joyous shouting laughter, his sparkly grey-blue eyes.

My ten day headache seems to have subsided, thank GOD. I honestly thought I might be stuck with that forever 🤪 turns out vestibular physio is gonna give you muscle pain, who knew

I have had a headache for over a week. This sucks, I think I need a sports massage or something 😅 it calms down with caffeine, ibuprofen, exercise, heat pad on my shoulders...then I wake up in the morning and it's back 😵💫😣🥴💀

I still don't know what to put here, maybe I'll just say stuff that I feel is too wholesome for X e.g this past week I went to a formal dinner with pals, a tea workshop with Clare, took & loved 2 ballet classes, swam 3 times (so far) & now I'm cosy AF in my living room, hibernating like a big bear ❤️

Went for a walk today (pool was closed 😭). Walking presents challenges and isn't as easy or fun as it used to be, as I lost most of my vestibular function after a virus a couple of years ago :( However, as walks go these days, this was a nice one 😊
