NSF is stating that DOGE has the authority to give thumbs up or down to grant applications that experts have systematically vetted. Closed-door deliberations are being observed by DOGE 'consultants', who have accessed the NSF awards system to block the dispersal of approved grants. bit.ly/3Szvv4D
