Four world titles to my name, but I feel like I just won a fifth with the success of Killing Floor. I've spent most of my career wrestling to prove a point, working that much harder to beat someone's ass out of spite and that's where I remain in leading UCI. Truly the best roster I could ask for.

Another HUGE difference has been the MAX streaming deal. The absolute worst part about AEW for ages has been it's lack of accessibility. Prior to the MAX deal, you just "had to be there". Now, I can actually try to put people onto it and point to an app and go "you can watch a bulk of it."

The next thing would be a lack of AEW feeling like a "wrestling show". The company used to feel hellbent on being so anti-wwe, that it would shy away from selling itself as a TV show. This year, thanks to real production meetings (no idea why it took so long), Dynamite feels fluid and cohesive.

Another big weak spot has always been commentary. JR is older and has health issues, Taz sounds like the complimentary piece, and Excal talks like an auctioneer. Bryan Danielson solved the entire picture overnight. He's good at it, like REALLY good. This was the missing piece/glue.

Previously, AEW's biggest stars would finish a feud or big spot and fuck off for at least a few weeks, essentially killing any heat that could be built through the duration of their storylines. Tony seemed lost on chaining one story to the next.

Those involved with storylines stay on TV with increased regularity and as a result, it feels like you know what to reasonably expect out of Dynamite and Collision respectively.

This year's been weird for the WWE/AEW dynamic and respective trends within those brands. There's a lot of things I've ranted and gone in depth with in GCs, but I do think there's thoughts worth sharing as I never really see a lot of them brought up. Will be making this a thread.

I really hope the Dems run more “joy” campaigns in ‘26 and ‘28. I think that’ll show’em. Uh yeah, I’d say that’ll do it!
