I'm always thrown a bit when folks say that Defunctland's Disney videos are "mean", because for my money they're not mean enough by half. I feel like they often drift into uncritical genuflection upon Disney's legacy and end up skimming over stuff that REALLY warrants more attention than it's given.

Today in traffic I saw a dog hanging out a car window that looked like this
A crudely drawn passenger's seat (USA) window with side mirror visible. A dog shaped like a fluffy marshmallow is the only thing visible in the window, with stubby triangular-shaped legs draped over the window edge. The dog's head is tiny in the center of its body and consists of two floppy dark ears, two tiny beady eyes, one of which has a dark spot over it, and a floppy tongue lolling out.

While doing my regular visit to local thrift/collector stores the other day, I came across a curiosity from the 80s, a comic called SHATTER. And on its front cover, it makes the bold claim: "The First Computerized Comic!" (Pictures Attached.)

Some panels from issue 1. The main character analyzes a "bugbomb". "Uses a rat brain - cheaper than a microchip any day!" Some panels from issue 2. Shows some of the 80s fashion put into this comic. Special cover of issue 1. A man posed with his gun aimed at the viewer. Standing in the street of a large city. Signs on the buildings say "Joy Division, Section 25, Portion Control, Hvn17, Xmal Deutchland, Brievement Francais". Most of those are bands, some of them neither I nor a quick search can recognize. Title panel of issue 1. Good showcase of the artstyle.
