自分の意見を表明しておきたい。テック界隈の一部に巣くう新反動主義、暗黒啓蒙といった"思想"はお話にならない内容である。ただし「自由と民主主義は両立しない」といった陰謀論的ナラティブがテック超富豪の間で人気を得てしまった。
背後にはテック富豪たちの思想の脆弱性がある。例えば大陸系の倫理学やハンナ・アーレントの全体主義の研究を把握していれば、この種の脆弱性は防げたのではないか。
英語圏の思想のインストリームでは、白人至上主義や植民地主義がまだ十分に批判されていない感があり、倫理を冷笑、相対化、無効化する言説が幅を効かせている。この種のバックラッシュは長期的には批判対象となっていくと思っている。
