I had a single new years resolution last year and I am really proud that I stuck to it.
It was such a simple thing to start walking more, but it changed my mood and energy levels dramatically. Highly recommend.

My sketchbook philosophy is draw small draw fast draw again. Let your mistakes work for you rather than against you! The more you build up speed the less you get paralyzed on risky creative decisions and the faster you get over failed attempts. If it didn’t work, make a new one and try differently
