Really feels like we should have gotten an Animorphs TV show by now (a real one, not the Nick show). I feel like that it's similar enough to Stranger Things that take over that mantle. Wish HBO would go all in this book series instead of making 10 hour long versions of the Harry Potter movies

1) Lots of small donors that gave money to a bait and switch, thinking they'd give money to a park, only for that money to be spent on paper flyers fighting the library

6 months ago, voters in Ann Arbor decided turn the page on the Library Lot. Erich Z. shares an elegy for the Library Green Conservancy. The non-profit opposed the Props A and B and was found to have violated state campaign finance laws.

This is a hot take, but I don't think people should hold up Breaking Bad as the gold standard for TV finales. Walter is a bad person who you think becomes a worse person, until you learn in end, he's always been this bad. He deserves to end up of in the cabin alone with his barrel of money

Berkley Ave is right by the stadium and has 32 parcels. There are a couple vacant lots, 1 duplex, and everything else is a single family home. 15 of them, or 45%, do not have PREs. This is in line with the numbers presented in the article. Seems this is less a condo issue and more a location issue

There are 52 residential properties on Dewey Ave (And also 1 commercial prop). Of the 52 residential units, nothing is over 3 stories tall, and almost everything is over 60-100 years old. Of these 52 units, only 2 had PREs, much lower than the percentages in the MLive article

I've read this article, and I really dislike it. I used to be a former PRE auditor, and so I get why they look at it, but it definitely needs to be taken with a grain of salt, instead of being used as fact as the article suggests #a2council

I've read this article, and I really dislike it. I used to be a former PRE auditor, and so I get why they look at it, but it definitely needs to be taken with a grain of salt, instead of being used as fact as the article suggests #a2council
#a2council IMO, there's nothing worse than being a bad poster, and creating a copypasta that starts off by saying you main op is tall and handsome is some bottom tier stuff.

Rewatching #StrangerThings and I know this show has a lot of ill will, but man, this show absolutely slaps. It has its flaws, but man, the things it gets right it gets absolutely right
