Electricity rates just decreased, but we're all still feeling the effects of the last few years of increases. We’ve gathered information to help understand PG&E rate changes, how they affect Ava customers, and options to manage your energy costs: AvaEnergy.org/insight/pge-rate-increases-explained

Fall is bringing lower energy bills!

In September, electricity rates decreased by 2.1% for all Ava and PG&E customers. For an average household in our service area, that means monthly bills will decrease by $3-$5. Higher summer rates also ended on 9/30.

Thank you for being an Ava customer ⚡🤗
