Another massacre by the Israelis in Khan Younis. I saw the videos and I think of the survey of Gazan children, the one that says that most of them expect death. Some of them just did, as the day before, as tomorrow. Israel continues its genocide, now in its 14th month, live-streamed for all to see.

Found myself thinking today that it’s odd Arendt never wrote about the Polish Solidarity movement only to quickly remember she tragically passed before getting to see it unfold! No doubt it would have fascinated her as much as the Hungarian uprising of 1956.
