To any in the SF Bay Area who may have known him, I have the greatest sorrow to share the news of the passing of Owen Rowley, esteemed Elder and Curmudgeon of the NECTW, last HP of Lady Gwen Thompson, and legendary figure all around. I have known him since 1974 & shall miss his presence in my life.

Letting go those things can be difficult, if only because we've become so used to carrying them, that we are sometimes (often) afraid to let go of them.
I carried grudges, guilt, and people who weighed me down. Then life taught me: when your hands are full, blessings can’t land. I let go, not to quit, but to choose peace, love, and me. 🌿✨
