From start to finish Gov. Abbott’s attempts to gerrymander our community out of a voice in Congress has been wrong. Yesterday’s decision by the Federal Court affirmed that we will not stand for the racially gerrymandered maps.

I’m relieved that after a three week delay, Illinois families will receive full SNAP benefits on November 20th. We can’t forget that this pain was entirely avoidable – a crisis manufactured by President Trump who refused to send out benefits to hungry families.

2. And what if the Pedo Files can't be released until a through investigation is done to find which of the undocumented immigrants were "guests" on Pedo Island?
