Florida lawmakers took instructions from a landowner's lobbyist. Now Florida taxpayers will pay $83 million for four acres.
Records show a lobbyist wrote a law enabling a controversial land deal in which Florida will pay more than $20 million an acre to buy a tiny parcel of property from a politically connected seller.

Thank you for speaking for the voiceless and this courageous level of exposure @sho-walter.bsky.social ❤️ There is so much work to do and speaking the truth is how we get to a future where such human torture doesn’t exist. This is now happening in mental health programs

May we display survivor stories proudly on every shelf we can.

Any way we can speak to survivors and say: I believe you. I am a safe space. It’s okay to tell.

We must continue to identify who is for this and who is against it.

Solidarity FOREVER. 💔 Refusal to accept today’s news is the ONLY answer. Donate to survivor Org’s in defiance, volunteer to support community in any way right now while we are asked to hold a line deep in the trenches. They will not break us. Reach out if you need support. KEEP GOING! 🌞 #metoo
A reminder for many. Virginia Giuffrie donated a portion of her settlement to other survivors, knowing her privilege and power. She saved a countless amount of lives globally in speaking her truth and her commitment to such work in the movement. Seek community if you need support. You are not alone.
Virginia Giuffre deserved a much better world to match her courage. We all do.

I love this counter argument. The Anti-Defamation League should denounce this signaling in its entirety. People around the world are for a reason. We were taught to as anti-fascists. 🙄 Do not for any reason gaslight someone doing this. He knew what he was doing. The ADL would never do this.
