What are the best estimates out there of heterogeneity in "income effects" over the income distribution?

By income effects, I mean the effect on your income (or labor supply) of receiving a lump sum transfer or payment?

I don’t know the answer to that. But I do know a recipe for galah soup. Wisdom that goes back a long way in Australia. You put the galah and a stone in a pot of boiling water. You keep cooking it, possibly for a long time, until the stone is soft. Then you throw out the galah and eat the stone.

My thoughts are with the Israeli people, their friends and family, especially those directly affected by the Hamas terrorist attacks.

These attacks are horrific, completely unjustifiable, and should be condemned unequivocally.

I hope the vast majority of us can agree with that.

Three hours! With notice! Try living in Ann Arbor.
Reddit user claims his landlord announced that he's going to turn the power off for hours in his building on October 4

why?

because his landlord believes in this insane anti-vaxxer 5G conspiracy theory about how the emergency alert test tomorrow will turn us all into zombies
