All the ways I plan to protect my peace over the next 4 years and beyond:
1. Take significant social media breaks.
2. Focus my energy on the things I can change.
3. Structured morning routine (The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod)
4. Practice regular self care
5. Maintain mental health support 🧵
