New exhibition is up at the Fairhurst Gallery at @uoylibrary.bsky.social! Based on the PhD research of student Leila Danesh the display celebrates historic Islamic architecture, craft and design. It’s the second show in this new display space and we’re so excited to share it with everyone! #UoYArt

Another memory from 2018, according to FB. The 1963+64 Brutalist block at King's Manor, York. Built for the University of York and replacing a 19th century school building it has a 16th century vaulted cellar.
