I borrowed my neighbour’s post holer the other day. It's the kind that you twist. The soil at my place is very sandy and there are no rocks so I holed two post holes is under 7 minutes. Then I returned the post holer to my neighbour.
if anybody needs to borrow the postholer let me know. it's not a very big one, but it was cheaper to buy a battery powered postholer than to rent a gas one for a day, three years ago, so i've got a ryobi battery postholer in the woodloft.

Made a pizza from twice fermented poolish dough topped with some matsutake that was suateed in olive oil with onions + my blue ribbon garlic, rosemary thyme oregano, and then mozzarella and lots of parmesan. Baked on steel at 550f for about 5 minutes. 🍕🤌🏼
