Having leased over 100 restaurants, helped build dozens of multiplex cinemas, supermarkets, fashion boutiques, etc. - the issue is not crime. It’s that there R very few viable concepts left. Records stores were heaven. Electronic & book stores in every neighborhood. Today it’s fucking Amazon.
