@aremoreequal.bsky.social
I'm a Welfare Capitalist.
and
I don't believe everything I say, so you shouldn't either.
The difference between science and many religions is:

Many Religions says, "We have all the answers."

Science says, "We are looking for all of the answers."

And with that, one implies perfection, while the other strives for it.

With a scientist, "certainty" is only 99.999999999...% at best.

Even simulation theory is just turtles all the way down.

Yeah, I used to think and feel that way as well, but then I studied the science of it.

It is wild that anything exists at all.

You can say "God always existed." or "The Universe always existed." And either way, it breaks the human brain.

Right, but that didn't seem like a $360,000 crime.

Most of it is going to attorney fees.

So, she FAFOed.
November 12, 2025 at 3:45 AM
Oh, it was the attorney fees and emotional distress award.

Apparently most of it is attorney fees.

Well, she FAFOed.

I hope everyone who sat out and didn't vote, or voted for Republicans rethink their choices and vote for better candidates in future elections.

This fight was lost in 2024.
November 11, 2025 at 1:46 PM
Are you going to "punish the Democratic Party," for caving in 2026?

Or are you going to fucking vote in the primaries and Congressional election and break The Republicans hold?

Our Civil Wars aren't fought with guns anymore, stop bitching and start recruiting and preparing for 2026.
November 11, 2025 at 1:45 PM
And we're fairly certain The Republicans aren't going to extend The ACA.

So, either people suffer now from hunger, or suffer later from lack of healthcare.

Maybe more doctors should work at or open more free clinics?

We have to fix this in 2026.

Are you going to sit out because "Dems Caved?"

Faith is cold as ice —
Why are little ones born only to suffer
For the want of immunity
Or a bowl of rice?
Well, who would hold a price
On the heads of the innocent children
If there’s some immortal power
To control the dice

Yeah, I want to believe in a creator also.
November 11, 2025 at 1:41 PM
This reminded me of something:

I didn't start lying until AFTER a teacher accused me of lying when I was telling the truth.

Her insistence on the fact I was lying when I was telling the truth made me realize adults couldn't tell when I was lying or not, and I started testing it and went from there
November 11, 2025 at 1:40 PM
Well, your multiple people is a small sample size, and things were about to get worse.

Dems pulled the rip cord before impact.

Impact would be brutal for people, I don't want people to suffer.

Now, we have the ACA tax credits on the horizon, but what we really need is #SinglePayer.

People aren't good because they follow the rules.

They follow the rules because they're good.

They're either good at empathy, sympathy, or self discipline.

Most 'bad' people don't think they'll be caught, because 9 out of 10 times they're not.
November 11, 2025 at 1:35 PM
Yes, there's the lying the way the elves do, and politicians used to.

You speak the truth, but in a way that people hear something different. There's an art to it.

But, it is still a form of deception, especially if it's intent is to deceive.

If rules worked, the prisons wouldn't be so full.

This is what Trump does, he's done it his whole life.

He makes promises, he doesn't keep them, and then when people sue him he ties them up in court for years and years until they run out of money.

But this time, people were running out of food.
November 11, 2025 at 1:32 PM
And he literally didn't give a shit and still wasn't going to pay out the benefits.

And while he's delaying with all his appeals, people are hungry and starving.
