OK so here is my Music Theory Explainer for why Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah” is a genius piece of songwriting.

I feel like this was inspired by Gail Carriger's steampunky werewolves in her Parasol Protectorate series...
My S.O. suggested we do "Werewolves of London" as a Halloween costume for next year. Her conception of London was werewolves in... top hats, which I'm pretty sure I've never seen in London on any of my few visits there.
I'm open to suggestions for how to pull this off.
