Updating my Arctic amplification slides... Pick any month and you will see accelerated warming.

So, even if there are linear trends elsewhere, there has to be an acceleration globally, if somewhat more muted compared to the larger changes happening at high latitude. #climate 🧪

On the way up to #ALMA around 4000m we had to make way for one of the two massive telescope dish transporters, “Otto”. It weighs 130 tons and can lift 110 ton telescope dishes to reconfigure the array! 🔭🧪
