Not enough people are focusing on the fact that Rayners plans (whilst some distasteful like the child benefit one) is actually pushing for higher taxes on the rich... but again we feed the media and the rights narrative...
The full text confirms that Rayner thinks that the NHS surcharge should meet the cost of all healthcare used by migrants. So, for example, the cost of treating refugees should be met by foreigners on work visas. You only have to spell it out to see the stupidity and moral bankruptcy.
