Unstable Orbits doesn't have "retrograde," but perhaps unsurprisingly it has 19 occurrences of "orbit."

This is from one of my favourite scenes between Nate and Luke.

Another 1450 words (54.3k total) on the AXIS book 1 revision today - halfway through chapter 13.

It's a "rewrite draft": I'm creating a new draft and striking through text copied from the first draft. This lets me pick'n'mix, reordering easily, and encourages new writing.

On to revisions of chapter 13 of my next book, codenamed AXIS. Plenty of new text needed here, plus words siphoned liberally from the first draft.

Some of today's words: core, forest, probing, vectors.

From my next book, title and release date not yet announced.

Still an early draft that'll likely change, but there are no typos here. It's written in a hypothetical future dialect of English.

Recorded one of my favourite scenes for the Unstable Orbits audiobook this morning, full of emotion and humour (it's the final scene of chapter 16, if you've read it).

It's got my favourite line of the book, which made me laugh/cry when I wrote it, in the middle of a god damn coffee shop.

The entire "free speech on campus" moral panic was manufactured to blackmail us into making space in intellectual life for bigots and charlatans who couldn't get there on their own merits. Its a DEI scheme for fascism. Congratulations to everyone who took it at face value.
“Following his lecture, Yarvin will debate the legendary British historian David Starkey on history and the future of conservatism.” Everything about this is so cursed. Masks off at the University of Oxford.
