My second attempt at home made fish and chips went pretty well!
I parboiled the chips for only 5mins, used sunflower oil for the coating and chose the oven this time.
The fish I shallow fried in sunflower oil instead of air frying, and dabbed off the excess.
Forgot to make my mushy peas sadly.

Leaving potatoes in sunlight can make them turn green. And that if you eat that, you could become *incredibly* sick.
I'm glad I checked first. Gonna have to store them somewhere else from now on. 😂

Lost another 0.5kg this week!
That's 4kg in a month so far. Pretty pleased that I'm seeing results.
My body fat percentage has gone up for the last couple weeks, but I think this is because my body is trying to compensate for weightloss.
That should even out in another month or so.

So my Internet was down most of the day yesterday and it's fucking booted me off again just as I was getting into my first Raid on FFXIV.
And I can't even call them to report this as their lines and online support are closed until 8am.
It keeps happening and it's driving me batty.

This only days after Riot played off a substantial part of the 2XKO team as well.
Both these games have only been out for weeks and I doubt layoffs were part of the release plan.
It reeks of mismanagement. Both should be being raked over the coals for placing their teams in financial risk.

Update: Wildlight has confirmed it has laid off all but a core team of developers, who will continue to support Highguard.

Finally got the consistency balanced! The only thing I could do next time to improve it cut down on the salt. It's already quite salty on it's own and I forget every time.
Still, really pleased with it. 😊
