On Friday morning, a coworker and I surmised that we don’t need anyone’s permission to gather some winter coats and leave them in the lost and found for anyone to come find.

So, I have three coats collected so far... hopefully I collect more this Wednesday! 🧥 ❄️ 💙

Have PopTrike, Will Travel! (mostly in Central Eastside District of PDX). Rather than let this cute little icicle tricycle gather dust in my garage, I am seeking out reasons to bring it out into the community this winter. Holiday Hot Cocoa popup? Vintage Market? Local Art PopUp? Winter Light Fest??

AmeriCorps service members need their community's support! If you know an active service member, please reach out to them during this government shut down!

📸 I was an AmeriCorps VISTA member in 2016-2017. It was difficult living on poverty wages, but the work experience was very rewarding.

I'm not a service member anymore, so I can talk about politics on the internet if I want to. And I am MAD mad.
The fuck!? We were so concerned with Hatch Act when I did Americorps for a piss poor stipend. Fuck these criminal Republicans. 😡

I’ve been having a little fun on here today, but in all seriousness: there is a very real threat that Portland enters a vicious cycle where declining economic activity-> low tax revenue-> service cuts -> further declining economic activity. Zero cost policies that activate space fight against that.
Do you wish you lived in a city where you could simply buy some street food, like a delicious hot dog, while boppin around the city? Then you're going to want to submit written testimony or sign up to speak in favor at the Arts & Economy Committee next Tuesday.
