The Constitutional crisis all Americans fear is here. A battle between the executive and judicial branches is underway.

The Trump regime defiantly refused to meet another court-issued deadline in the case of Kilmar Abrego García.

Dismissed was a federal judge’s deadline to disclose steps…

The House of Representatives just passed a bill that would make it much harder for millions of people to register to vote.

Tell your Senator to reject this harmful legislation.
Stop the SAVE Act
The SAVE Act would keep millions of people from being able to vote – and would shut countless eligible voters out of our democracy. Urge Congress to vote no now.

This admin is turning on the firehose hoping you’ll burn out and give up.

But you don’t have to do it all. Do one thing, take one step each day.

Put your phone down. Take a walk. Find the thing that moves you and focus.

If we all find our one thing, we’ll build something better—together.

ICE knocked on the wrong door.
No crime. No reason.
He was handcuffed. Detained.
He’s 8 years old.

This should shatter you.
It should enrage you.
No matter your politics, NO ONE should be okay with this.

I don’t care if it’s not a “real” filibuster. Booker is taking drastic action to show his constituents that they are not alone. More of this, please.
I’ve taken the Senate floor and will speak for as long as I’m physically able to lift the voices of Americans who are being harmed and not being heard in this moment of crisis. Watch here:
