If people really find this to be such an easy conclusion, then Congressional authority should be easy to get.
So why don’t they insist on a vote?
They know this isn’t “progressive” resistance. They want to marginalize it as such because on top of this war being ILLEGAL, it’s also deeply unpopular.

According to locals in the region, ICE troops are still getting doxed. Protestors are appearing outside their homes, apartments, and hotels at 3am to bang on pots & blast horns to disrupt their sleep. In other areas resistance are disabling their tires wherever parked. #StopICE
