It's a reliable *shocked Pikachu face* line for audiences, but I have to explain that when we started archiving Ukrainian cultural heritage websites, the instability of the power grid in the Bay Area was a bigger impediment and risk than Russian attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure.
Yes, the archive is down again.

Yes, it's a power outage from PG&E.

Yes, there's been something like 4-5 in the last few weeks.

PG&E has a monopoly. We are waiting for the power to return.
