Donald Trump owns anywhere between $400M – $800M in residential properties. I doubt if he's interested in creating a society where his value dips.

Melania Trump's "documentary" will probably do fine streaming. But launching it in theaters was a real exercise in vanity. Melania is an inert creature, quietly dividing her bodily cells until her husband passes away. Who cares if she wears hats?

This "Trump is a unifier" bit is gaining traction with Trump's inner circle. Honestly, when has Trump ever unified anyone other than his own fan club? His leadership style is to identify someone as an enemy and direct his mob to throw tomatoes.
