So it’s day 2 of #25DaysofCrustmas - and we have a teeny tiny Crustacean called Idiomysis tsurnamali from the Red Sea. This little mysis shrimp hangs around in swarms near anemones - and are a pain to photograph.

I felt like I accidentally rolled my eyes at someone on the tube and they saw me, so I decided to start rolling my eyes a lot, pretending I had some sort of eye problem to try to explain/disguise the first accidental eye roll and they probably think I’m a maniac.

We finally have some excitement in the active regions on the Earth-facing disk! AR 3905 and 3906 have just rotated onto the eastern limb and are relatively magnetically complex. Let’s watch out for flares and CMEs from these ARs as they move into the Earth strike zone!
