Don’t know I’ve just not had enough sleep or if Malta can work around their song by just putting the word “KANT” in big letters on the screen behind the singer at Eurovision and going “look, honestly, it’s that word.”

I decided today that I would beat the Binfluencer on my street - yknow, the person that always has the sense to know which bin goes out for collection. Nope. Beaten to it by the Binfluencer. The only other bin out. It's my next door neighbour. Devastated.

Was just running the vacuum cleaner over the stairs using the hose thingy. There's a clunk and I start yelling in pain.
"What's wrong?" she shouts, rushing to my aid.
"I dropped the hoover on my head."
She stood there laughing. Honestly, some people. 🤣

I've been having a really rough time these last few days. Really really awful. Actually had a proper panic attack yesterday. First big one in years. Just wanted to say thanks to the fine people that have shown up and given me some emotional and practical support. You're good people.

Just had a random lady come up to me in the street
"I hope you don't mind, but you look like a young Mel Gibson"

Having a listen to Welcome To The Pleasuredome for the first time in ages. The sheer audacity of a new band at the time to follow up two massive hits with an album that starts with a weird intro and then a huge slice of dance-prog that lasts for an entire side of vinyl...incredible.

Just had a walk down to the shops and back. Less than 10 minutes each way. The number of drivers on their phones in traffic is insane. Really need a crackdown on this nonsense. I'd propose an immediate 6 month ban if you're caught. No exceptions.

I've started a petition to strip Asma al-Assad of UK citizenship

Petition: Strip UK Citizenship from Asma al-Assad
As the first lady of a brutal regime responsible for unimaginable horrors in Syria, UK citizenship should be revoked from Asma al-Assad.

Good. Can we do the Brexit referendum again on the same grounds, please?
This decision comes after declassified information was published by the country’s secret services, indicating that there was “Russian interference” in the campaign that led to far-right conspiracy theorist candidate Georgescu placing first in the initial round of the presidential elections.

So. South Korea. The President is trying to stage a military coup in order to preserve democracy? What? Have I got this right? WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON????

Kemi Badenoch tells Keir Starmer that "we had a Budget in March this year and tractors were not blockading the streets of Whitehall afterwards."

Anyway, here's the 'go slow' protest by farmers that blockaded the streets around Parliament following the Conservative Government's last Budget in March

The news that people inheriting land worth at least £1 million will have to pay tax on it has drawn significantly more outrage from politicians and the press than the news that 1 in 3 children in Britain are now living in poverty…

Hi friends!

I just wanted to give a quick update on The Onion’s purchase of InfoWars, which we can’t wait to relaunch as the dumbest website on the internet.

The long and short of it: We won the auction and — you're not going to believe this — the previous InfoWars folks aren't taking it well.
