I'd attach the mic to the body of the worm farm itself, or a bit of wood or something inside the worm farm. And I'd use more than one contact mic. Not that I've ever mic'ed up a worm farm, mind you!

Ah. Now he has done lots of soundtracks, but he's also got a huge catalogue of original works. Quite a lot of the time, he writes pieces that end up getting used in TV and film. That's a bit different. Also, you should try the Sleep experience. Put it on when you got to bed. Incredible.

How about Max Richter? Sleep is a work of genius and Voices is a really important piece of work.
