Recently, I’ve very much noticed the extra steps involved in doing anything online…
Navigating cookie notices and popups, skipping adverts, dealing with spam and scam messages. Even as I type this, autocorrect is doing its best to get in the way!

What is each new console gen delivering over its predecessor recently? Higher resolution, and better frame rates? Maybe faster load times… but what else?

I wonder if XBox is worse off financially since raising Game Pass prices, due to the amount of subscribers they've either lost, or who have downgraded?
I cancelled Ultimate at what would have been £22.99 month, and grabbed Essentials instead at £6.99 month.
