“London and New York, two of the west’s largest, richest, and most diverse cities are now run by Muslim men, both of them elected on the ticket of left wing, pro-LGBT, pro-multicultural parties…The victory is a reminder of the fundamental weakness of Trumpism, Faragism, and the politics of hate.”

Trump has now murdered 34 people in international waters.
No one has any idea if any were criminals, and of course it doesn't matter, because it was a war crime to kill even a single one of them.
Drug trafficking is a felony, but it's not a violent crime and isn't punishable by summary execution.

Remember the first few months of this year, when all we talked about was DOGE and spending cuts and waste, and this administration gutted USAID?
And now they’re giving $40 billion (!) to Argentina.
Insane the amount of amnesia in this country and in our politics and media.

How did we get to the point where politicians hoping to get elected compete on being anti human rights, anti climate, and pro racist? It’s thoroughly depressing. We need a big hitting mainstream politician (and the press) calling this madness out

I'm tired of people suggesting this woman is not or can't be a true Dem leader. She speaks for the whole party and for the vast majority of Americans better than almost every other politician out there. We need leaders. She's one.

What Hegseth did today was inform an organization he’s unqualified to lead that (a) any area in which he believes he personally excels (e.g. physical fitness) is all that matters, and (b) any area in which he’s deficient (leadership, morality, ethics, record, experience, intelligence) is immaterial.

A good article on why Europe won the Ryder Cup & the US lost. It’s also a good summary of Trump’s America. Teamwork is more than fist pumping and shouting U S A. Teamwork is about working with others for the collective good.

In any other period, this would be impeachment-worthy.
