Between impossible bike lanes/paths and some life stuff, I've had to drive a lot in the last few weeks. My biggest takeaway is that Cbus simply cannot grow without an effective mass public transit solution. One more lane isn't gonna fix it, and soon enough, we're going to run outa room for that.

The conditions on N. Wilson Road where a person was struck and killed late Monday night are about what you would expect - a nightmare for someone trying to get anywhere without a car.
Sure, that horn is right there in front of you, but what if I told you there was another control that's right there by your foot that can slow you down, and make you and others on the road safe,instead of just making a loud noise?

Police departments simply refusing to follow civilian leaderships orders and requests, or saying they won't enforce laws or regulations they don't like is probably the thing that frightens me most in this moment. LA, and now Dallas. I'm sure there are others.

I think I may have experienced some sort of time slip. Driving to an appointment this morning there was a story about the muppet show airing tonight. Cheers was on the tv in the waiting room. Now Enya is playing in the exam room.
