Just a guy from Neath who has shown some interest in politics.
Over the next month, Plaid Cymru members across the new Brycheiniog Tawe Nedd constituency will be selecting candidates for next year's Senedd election.

I'm thrilled to announce that I have put my name forward for selection.

I think the display by Trump and Vance in the Oval just proves that they are Putin's assets.

And much like Putin, they have severely underestimated Zelensky.

Both @SwanseaCouncil and Neath Port Talbot Council have called for devolution of the estate.

This money generated in Wales should be retained and spent for the benefit of the people of Wales.

We hope that the remaining 14 local authorities will soon join the growing call for fairness.

457 days since October 7th.

457 days of hostages in Gaza. 457 of relentless and brutal bombing. 457 days of suffering and death.

We need a deal that delivers a ceasefire, a release of the hostages, humanitarian aid, and a renewed push towards a two state solution.

We need it today.

Today's poll is a historic turning point for Wales.

As Labour continue to let down our communities, Plaid Cymru can lead the way with a fresh, positive made-in-Wales agenda for government.

Let's unite behind a hopeful and forward-looking vision for Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

😠 100,000 extra pensioners in poverty. Families forced to choose between heating and eating. Labour’s #WinterFuelPayment cuts are cruel and avoidable.

📢 Reverse the cuts!

Bore da!

Here's one of my cats. He's a shy, but really sweet boy. He loves playing with and fighting his younger brothers, and much like me...while he may be up and about this morning, he's not too sure if he's quite awake yet.

⚠️ Terrible to see Pontypridd hit by flooding again, nearly five years on from Storm Dennis.

Homes and businesses damaged by floodwater. People cut off by road closures. With more rain to come, before Storm Bert eventually clears eastwards later.

Today Plaid Cymru callee for a new Wales Bill to give our nation powers on par with Scotland.

On transport, energy, funding, Wales is short-changed by Westminster.

Plaid Cymru demands fairness.

It's time to level the playing field.

There is absolutely no reason why this should not be the case.

Always love a quick visit to Neath Abbey.

Every time I go there however, I'm left feeling a little frustrated. I feel that so much more could be done with this site. It sits near an old ironworks site and a canal, but there's not even cafe or shop on site.

Enormous potential. Wasted.

This is Selene, one of my cats.

She hasn't got much patience with other cats, and she's nervous around people she doesn't know, but she's also extremely sweet - routinely purring when we look at her, giving head bumps, and jumping on our shoulders or cwtching up with us.
