Absolute knock out here in Minnesota. Phone always makes the colors more vibrant, obviously, but plenty of red and green bursts and dancing across the sky, visible to the naked eye. Nature is incredible.

SSRIs saved my life when I was flirting with post partum psychosis. I’ll forever be grateful.
~2yrs later, I realized they served their purpose and were now dulling my affect too strongly.
I was not only missing the emotional highs, but the necessary lows to properly process my grief & trauma.
