I trust NPs and PAs more than doctors because they take their time with patients. My PCP and gynecologist are both nurse practitioners.
The Department of Education is proposing a definition that could strip nurse practitioners and CRNAs of “professional degree” status.
Chiropractors keep it. Nurses risk losing it. And that change would fall hardest on women in healthcare.
This is political and it is sexist.

When people want to save the oceans by getting rid of plastic straws, but this is happening. Smh....
How on earth can this be justified?💔How on earth can this be acceptable? Destroying so many lives every second of every day. We can change our way of living. We can live a sustainable life. Without using and killing animals, We all should live a vegan lifestyle ✌️

Welp, MacArthur Center is officially done. This is the first yearbook seeing any holiday decorations up right after Halloween. It used to get on my nerves when they did it, but now I'm sad. There hasn't been any water in the fountain for months.

Just finished an event at Lynnhaven Mall, and that mall is thriving! The majority of customers had bags. Online shopping hasn't completely killed malls.

I know @cityofnorfolkva.bsky.social doesn't care about the businesses in MacArthur Center, but I'm really tired of telling people that the mall and the businesses inside are still open. After dealing with this, I wouldn't recommend anyone opening a business here.

It's sad, we get tourists from the cruise ships and they have no place to shop downtown. I get to listen to the complaints. I wonder what the @cityofnorfolkva.bsky.social will do about it. They can't even get access to WiFi anymore at MacArthur Center.
