I've seen the latest disingenuous press release from the EHRC, and whilst GANHRI may not have requested a special review this time around, the SCA has decided to continue to monitor the situation.

YES TELEGRAPH, PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS TERRIFYING CONSPIRACY. I HEAR THE BBC HAS BEEN COMPLETELY TAKEN OVER BY TRANS PEOPLE WHO HAVE WEAPONISED KINDNESS. REPORTERS ARE BEING FORCED AT GUNPOINT TO USE CORRECT PRONOUNS AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT TRANS PEOPLE EXIST WITHOUT A DISCLAIMER. SOME EVEN SMILED. 1/n

So Plaid Cymru wins Caerphilly, yet the media are still spinning it like it's a win for Reform 🤦‍♀️

We commissioned @yougov.co.uk to poll trans people on how they feel about parties, institutions and the UK.

The fact that these submissions have had to be made is testimony to how far the EHRC has fallen. It is no longer fit for purpose!!

We have formally reported the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) to the Global Alliance of National Human Rights Institutions (GANHRI), calling for a full investigation and a downgrade or removal of their A-status accreditation.

Supermarkets in the UK tend to have a policy of not accepting returns of food due to the contamination/tampering risk. So I would have called the supermarket, and they would have likely said to keep it anyway.

I'm starting to think both Starmer and McSweeney are both on the Farage payroll. Why else would they want to alienate every one of their voter demographic.

I really hope the pharma industry sues the f@ck out of this administration for spreading these conspiracies.

The CEO of IKEA was just elected Prime Minister in Sweden.

He should have his cabinet together by the end of the weekend.

This kind of rhetoric is nothing but tosh. They can't just rip up sections of the ECHR they don't want. Likewise, they can't pull out of the ECtHR without breaking multiple agreements. Its nonsense talk to appeal to the racists
"Another party insider said “nothing is off the table” for Mahmood. They said she was likely to want to reform the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) and would be far more radical than her predecessor. The source added she would “start with the unthinkable and work backwards”."

Time for some topless swimming.
Virgin Gyms adopts Gender Critical Ideology claiming sex specific spaces are "the law", despite the clear guidance from the EHRC that there's no legal obligation.

Today, I wrote to the GANHRI sub-committee for accreditation, putting forward the reasons why I believe an urgent review of the UK's EHRC is required.

Having spent time in a number of countries that block VPNs. They are easy to get around, and the VPN companies are always one step ahead of the slow government hamster wheels www.birminghammail.co.uk/news/midland...
UK households could face VPN 'ban' after use skyrockets
Labour could ban the use of Virtual Private Networks after use skyrocketed in recent days.

I've done some testing. These UK restrictions can be circumnavigated with a simple VPN or using a non-UK sim in the uk.

Anti trans groups and anti abortion groups are funded by the same evangelical Republican groups.

The alt right, anti LGBT, anti abortion, anti vax, conspiracy Venn diagram is glaringly obvious once you look at who’s funding it.

It’s never been about women’s rights, just the far right.
